Base plate for 60 × 40 mm box section hot-dip galvanised. This galvanised base plate is designed for securely fixing box sections measuring 60 × 40 mm. The plate is made of steel and treated with a hot-dip galvanised finish, offering lasting protection against rust. It is highly suitable for outdoor use, including fencing structures, gates, stables, and other fixed steel assemblies where structural safety and load-bearing capacity are required.
The base plate has a rectangular shape with rounded corners and is equipped with four pre-drilled mounting holes. These holes are located in each corner of the plate and ensure stable installation on solid surfaces such as concrete, natural stone or steel plate. This makes the base plate suitable for applications where a solid foundation is necessary, even under frequent use or changing weather conditions.
All available variants have the same dimensions: 60 mm in length and 40 mm in width. In addition to the standard hot-dip galvanised version, the base plate is also available in several RAL colour finishes according to the RAL standard:
All variants retain the hot-dip galvanised finish as a base layer, with an additional powder coating in the selected RAL colour.
